Our lives have all been impacted by the Covid-19 Pandemic which is currently on only a UK but a global issue.
The organisers of Preston Caribbean Carnival have therefore decided that in the best interests of everyone involved in the Preston Carnival Weekend events scheduled for Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June at Moor Park, Blackpool Road, Preston, Lancashire, are being postponed.
We are looking to have this important multicultural event at a date later in the year, when it will be safe to bring our diverse Preston community and visitors from Lancashire and other regions together to Preston Caribbean Carnival 2020.

Our thanks to all paraders, stall holders and performers who have begun your preparations for this year’s carnival. We hope that you will be able to join us when we confirm a new date for the event.
We urge everyone to be vigilant in observing all proactive measures that are being advised, enhanced hygienic care and physical social distancing. Be kind to each other and be safe.
